This wine undergoes total destemming and light crushing, followed by fermentation with maceration and contact with the solids for four months in clay amphorae. Filtration takes place naturally, as the liquid passes through the solids present in the vessel. It has a citrus colour, with green apple aromas and excellent minerality. It is dry on the palate, with excellent acidity and an unmistakable aroma that highlights the wine's unique character.
Storage and serving instructions: Store in a horizontal position at 15°C. Serve between 10-12°C.
Pairings: Perfect with all fish dishes, seafood and white meat.
