Indício Branco 2022

This white wine from the Douro embodies tradition at its core. Whole bunches are gently crushed for extraction, followed by fermentation in lagares (stone mills) with prolonged skin contact. Following a minimalist philosophy, the winemaking process uses only the grapes and minimal sulphites, striving for a pure expression of the terroir. The result is a distinctive white wine, characterised by the textural grip of the tannins, harmoniously balanced by bright acidity, culminating in a lingering finish. It serves as a direct link between the wine lover and the captivating landscape of the Douro Valley.
